At Nickyoyo Art, every single pet portrait is lovingly handcrafted digitally by a real artist. We are deeply committed to bringing joy to pet parents and ensuring you have a wonderful, worry-free experience with us!

1. Cancellations & Refund Policy

Because every portrait involves dedicated custom hand-drawing time, we handle cancellation requests with care and fairness:

  • Before Drawing Starts (100% Full Refund): If you change your mind and we have NOT yet started working on your artwork, we will happily provide a 100% full refund with no questions asked.
  • After Drawing Begins: Once our artist has started drafting your portrait, orders become non-refundable. Each piece represents hours of dedicated time, artistic effort, and heart. We kindly ask for your understanding and respect for our artists' time and labor.
  • Your Satisfaction Protection: Although orders are non-refundable once drawing begins, you are fully covered by our 2 free minor revisions prior to final delivery to ensure you love the final result.

2. Artistic Style & Photo Guidelines

  • Our Cute Stylized Art Style: Our portraits are uniquely hand-drawn artistic interpretations crafted in our signature cute sketch style—they capture your pet's features, expression, and soul, rather than being a direct 1:1 photo copy.
  • Photo Selection & Changes: Free revisions apply to adjustments made on the original photo submitted at checkout. If you wish to switch to a completely new photo after drawing has already begun, it will be treated as a new portrait request and require a new order.
  • Multi-Pet Portraits: Can't get a photo of all your pets together? No problem! You may submit separate photos for each pet, and our artist will seamlessly combine them into one beautiful family portrait.

3. Turnaround, Proof Approval & Shipping Times

  • 🎨 Standard Drawing Proof: Delivered to your email within 1–3 business days for your review and approval.
  • 🚀 Express Rush Option (+$10): Need it in a hurry? Choose our Express Option at checkout to skip the queue and receive your drawing proof within 24 hours.
  • ⏱️ Proof Approval Window: To ensure timely delivery, please review and respond to your email proof within 3 days. If no response is received after 3 days and multiple follow-ups, we will assume final approval to proceed with order fulfillment.
  • 🚚 Physical Framed Prints: Once you approve your digital drawing proof, physical framed print orders are produced locally in your region to ensure fast and eco-friendly delivery:
    • United States: 3 – 5 Business Days (Free Shipping)
    • Canada: 3 – 6 Business Days
    • United Kingdom: 3 – 5 Business Days
    • Europe (EU): 3 – 6 Business Days
    • Australia & New Zealand: 3 – 7 Business Days
    • Rest of the World: 7 – 15 Business Days

4. Damaged Items & Print Color Disclaimer

  • Damaged or Defective Guarantee: If your physical framed print arrives damaged during shipping or has any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 14 days at nickyoyoart@gmail.com with photos of the item and outer packaging. We will immediately dispatch a brand-new replacement to you at zero cost!
  • Minor Color Variations: Please note that due to individual monitor/screen brightness and color display settings, printed physical colors may vary slightly from what you see on your digital screen.
